Ms Maguire’s class had a wonderful time in Bread 41. Eoin and Eva brought us on a tour of the pastry kitchen and the bread kitchen. We got to roll croissants, see how bread is made then we got to decorate our cookies. Eoin and Eva gave us different types of melted chocolate, sprinkles and chocolate chips to decorate our cookies with. It was amazing!
