City Quay National School wants to create a positive ethos to foster good caring relationships within the school and community and to promote an active partnership between home and school.
We aim to
- Create a bright, stimulating, secure environment for all pupils and staff.
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and strong presence to allow the school to serve as a focal point in the wider community.
- Provide a challenging and rewarding community within the Catholic ethos.
- In co-operation with parents/guardians, the staff will promote true partnership with parents/guardians by establishing good lines of communication and opportunities for active involvement in the life of the school.
- Emphasise the importance of self-confidence, mutual trust and respect for others that enables City Quay NS to be a caring school.
